Castillo Tapas y Steaks began as a dream, a yearning to bring the warmth and flavors of our beloved Spain to the vibrant city of Amsterdam. In 1986, we opened our doors, a humble family restaurant with a commitment to authenticity. Over the years, your support has nurtured our passion. We source the finest Spanish ingredients, perfecting recipes passed down through generations. Our space is a reflection of our journey – cozy, inviting, and filled with the spirit of celebration.
